Join the Crew List ⚓About Us
The Talent Pack is your APAC gateway to a cruise career. We recruit candidates from any nationality, giving everyone a clear, supported path into shipboard roles.
Your journey begins through our APAC hubs: Australia, Indonesia and New Zealand, where you receive structured guidance, real human support and a pathway that feels achievable from application to embarkation.
If your passport country requires processing through an authorised Cruise Hiring Partner outside TTP regions, we hand you directly to the correct agency or cruise partner. This keeps your experience compliant, safe and seamless, no matter where you're from.
The Talent Pack is led by Delinda Kalic, who has spent more than 20 years recruiting for major cruise lines, including Disney Cruise Line and Carnival Cruise Line, and served as Senior Regional Recruiter APAC for Disney Cruise Line, responsible for recruitment across 11 countries.
You're guided by a team that has both worked on ships, recruited for them and understand ship life, the roles, the expectations and the realities, not just the job descriptions.
What Drives Us
To connect skilled, motivated crew with cruise lines worldwide, honestly, quickly, and without cost to candidates.

Diversity & Inclusion
We hire on skill, certification, and character. Full stop. Nationality, gender, age, faith, and background never enter the equation. The crew we place reflects the diversity of the guests they serve, because a global industry deserves a global crew.
