Who We Are
The Talent Pack works across two environments, not two separate businesses: one pack, on land and at sea.
At sea, we recruit crew from any nationality with a clear, supported pathway into shipboard roles. On land, we partner with organisations on executive search, workforce planning, leadership development and retention, tailored to each organisation's size, culture and goals.
We treat talent as a relationship, not a transaction: the same thinking serves a candidate joining their first ship and an organisation building its next decade of leadership.
Led By Real Recruitment Experience
Delinda Kalic leads The Talent Pack: more than 25 years in recruitment across global brands, government, tourism, construction and aged care, including 12 years with The Walt Disney Company's Disney Cruise Line, leading APAC talent strategy and supporting a workforce of 8,800 employees.
That cruise line experience, recruiting across 11 countries and 31 shipboard roles spanning 7 departments, now shapes how The Talent Pack builds pipelines and assesses capability for organisations building teams on land and at sea.
