My Story

Hi, my name is Delinda, and I am Chief leader of The Talent Pack.

I am an experienced Talent Acquisition Director and Human Resources leader with a track record spanning over 30 years, collaborating with globally recognised brands. Throughout my career, I have held pivotal leadership positions in human resources, talent management, strategic workforce planning, and leadership development.

​

Having navigated leadership roles in large, multifaceted organisations, I bring to the table a diverse skill set in business and corporate management. My track record demonstrates my capability to guide organisations towards growth and success through strategic management approaches.

Throughout my tenure at the Walt Disney Company, where I had a global scope with a particular emphasis on the APAC region, I refined my proficiency in talent management. The "mouse" taught me not only the fundamentals of sourcing, managing, developing, and retaining top-tier talent but also the incredible power of a brand in fostering growth-oriented leadership and high-performance teams across diverse cultures and demographics.

 

With a decisive management style, I thrive in navigating complex problem-solving scenarios and excel in driving process improvements and optimizing diverse organisational functions. My aim is to elevate efficiency and effectiveness, ultimately fostering positive workplace cultures that empower talent to thrive.
